The first smell is of notes of organic juniper berries that are enveloped by the aromas of the oak barrel such as vanilla and some notes of sweet spices. The citrus notes bring a nice freshness.
The attack is characterized by the intensity of the tannins brought by the oak wood followed by an explosion of juniper aromas. The mouth ends with an elegant harmony of vanilla, citrus and juniper notes.
