Legat Viña de Frannes Cabernet Franc
In 1985, Viña de Frannes has been created in Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California, México.
We have here a classic Bordeaux blend with Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It has been aged 12 months in french oak barrels to add a toasty and vanilla flavour. Indeed, it’s a very complex wine with primary and tertiary aromas and flavours. In term of primary flavours, it displays red and black fruit, liquorice, black pepper. In term of tertiary flavours, it displays leather and coffee. Tannins are present but softly.
As a result, it pairs very well with fine game and strong cheese.
