Technique and hard work combine grape varieties, environment and terroir to obtain the special quality expressions of the wines. At the heart of all SecondoCerchio’s commitment is the principle that each grape variety achieves its optimum quality expression only in certain environments. A few acres cultivated with great care, where the vines are trained following the guyot and cordon royal system.
