The association of the Dampt Brothers running the estate is a great combination of modernism, keeping the quality of this famous vineyard a priority. Mont de Milieu is one of the most praised 1er Cru classified for its purity and style. 25% of the wine is aged in barrels and the rest in stainless steel vats.
Tasting Note:
Bright gold color. The nose is very fresh, lively and mineral with flint, green apple and lemon aromas. Complex notes of lime blossom, mint, and acacia occur on the palate, enhanced by aromas of honey. Round mouth fill with a clean underlying acidity.
Food Pairing:
This wine is revealing with oyster or shellfish but can also be paired with cheeses and by itself as an aperitif.
