Madiran AOC

Loyal to his innovative and creative vision, Alain Brumont produced in 2007 Tour Bouscassé, a wine of the third millennium.  It shows a different profile than Château Bouscassé, lighter and fruitier with a new and surprising style.

Grape Varieties:

Tannat, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc

Vineyard:

This Madiran comes from a very specific terroir of Bouscassé vineyard, that is made up of clay-limestone hilltops with pebbles.  Vine are from 15 to 20 years old and are grown following sustainable methods.

Winemaking:

The wine is aged in barrels after 3 to 6 weeks of maceration.

Tasting Note:

A  fruity young wine revealing deep blackberry and blueberry aromas, melted with supple and soft tannins.

Food Pairing:

This red wine perfectly goes with asian food and chicken.
