French Dog – Grenache
Share
IGP Aude
Grape Variety:
Grenache
Vineyard:
Clay and limestone soil
Winemaking:
The juice comes from complete bleeding of the vats of Grenache (after a very short maceration of 2 to 6 hours in an inert atmosphere). Fermented at low temperatures to conserve all the delicate flavours of the Grenache variety.
Tasting Note:
The colour is pale livened up by salmon tints. The expressive bouquet is reminiscent of floral notes and fresh strawberries. A light and fruity wine that reveal delicate aromas of gourmet red fruits.
Pairing Food:
This fresh rosé will go perfectly during summer with salads, grills or even red fruits dessert.
