Winemaking:
Winemaking takes place in temperature-controlled vats. After a short, pre-fermentation, maceration, the fermentation takes place a very quickly (over 4 or 5 days), and the wines are then immediately run off. This technique enables the richness and generosity of the Cabernet grapes to be fully expressed.
Tasting Note:
Deep ruby colour, with raspberry rim. Delicate fruity nose, first evocating of berry’s juice; when agitating, raspberry and blackberry notes become more intense, mingled with hot spices (cinnamon and nutmeg). Fleshy and well-balanced palate, expressing both powerful fruit and varietal elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon grape. Fine strong finish of blackberry, blackcurrant and cocoa
