Vineyard:

The Raimbault family has been growing vines since the mid-17th century. The combination of experience, technique and environment allows us to produce high quality wines while respecting the typicality of each vintage. The estate is located in the heart of the vineyards of Sancerre.

Winemaking:

The grapes come from a very steep little plot of vines embedded between Ampuis and Saint-Cyrsur-le-Rhône. The southern orientation, a gentle wine making, a maturation that takes its time and bottling without filtering… Total respect is given to this wine and its terroir.

Tasting Note:

Bright yellow color. Aromatic nose of delicate fruits such as pear, lemon lime. Good weight on the palate, round as well as a crisp citrus liveliness finish.

Food Pairing:

Great on its own or will go well with Seafood, Fishes, Mixed Salads and Goat Cheese.
