De Neuville – Crémant de Loire Brut
Crémant de Loire Blanc Brut
Rich of a long story initiated in 1811, the Maison Ackerman is the first producer of sparkling wine in the Loire region.
Grape Varieties:
Chenin 70 %- Chardonnay 20 %- Cabernet Franc 10%
Winemaking:
This Crémant de Loire is made from grapes carefully selected and hand picked in the Loire Valley. This wine is produced using traditional methods with a second fermentation in the bottle. It is high on its lees for a minimum period of 18 months to develop complex aromas and good structure.
Tasting note:
Despite the long period on laths, the color is still very pure and pale yellow. Its bubbles are extremely subtle, fine and abundant. Its bouquet is fruity, lively and fresh. A perfect balance comes out of the slight acidity of the Chenin blanc and the winy touch of the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir , the mouthful sensation of the Cabernet Franc which give this cuvée greatness and roundness.
Food pairings
It is a perfect wine as an aperitif. It goes perfectly with any sea food, fish, shell and desserts such as apple crumble.
