Ive been experimenting and trying different things and found a solution for those with NVIDIA drivers, not sure how this will work on everyone elses systems but i found using DSR Smoothness in the nvidia control panel and making sure its on then forcing warhammer 2 to run in 2k DSR in GeForce Experience fixed the problem with the exepction of 10 frames lost for myself... the UI looked a bit blurry too even with the scale set, but the graphics actually looked much better with this setting on.
