Traditional vat, partially aged in oak french barrels
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: a lovely intense red hue.
Bouquet: open, intense scents of red fruit, liquorice and spices.
Palate: a supple attack leading into fruit flavours with tannins that are pronounced yet mellow. A long silky finish with a slight hint of vanilla.
FOOD PAIRING
Serve at room temperature. Ideal with meat in red wine sauces, such as coq au vin or beef bourguignon.
