Celene Opale Brut – Blanc de Blancs
Cremant de Bordeaux
After two generations of winegrower, Gilles Chabbert is leading Le Domaine des Aires Hautes to share his passion and to make wines that represent the spirit of the terroir.
Grape varieties:
60% Sémillon – 30% Muscadelle – 20% Sauvignon
Vineyard:
Crémant de Bordeaux Blanc is made from grape varieties representative of the Entre-Deux-Mers region
Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested manually and the wines are made with traditional method, second fermentation in bottle, natural yeast matured for 18 months. The AOC Crémant de Bordeaux complies with strict specifications, validated in France by the National Institute of Origin Appellation under the dependance of the Ministry of Agriculture.
Tasting note:
Delicate, sensible, with aromas of white flowers and exotic fruits, a paradox between subtlety and character.
To be served between 5°C and 8°C in an ice bucket.
Food pairing:
This wine will match white meats such as chicken, fish and light cheeses.
